Wake up!
It looks like Tartan is making it’s debut in these cold (or warm if you’re in New England) winters.
With bloggers left and right sporting their Tartan looks, I thought it was only fitting if I could share the wealth!! I just wanted to clear up what Tartan was –> Tartan is often called plaid in North America, but in Scotland, a plaid is a tartan cloth slung over the shoulder as a kilt accessory, or a plain ordinary blanket such as one would have on a bed.
I would first like to start off with Forever 21! They’ve been making Tartan (plaid) looks ever since their inception.
They have lot’s of flannels and leggings included in their Tartan pieces.

and leggings as well:

Nadia Aboulhosn wore some nice plaid pants from Forever 21 in her post entitled: I woke up like this. Flawless. I really love how she paired her pieces. Very plain but bold. It’s crazy how both can exist in one piece.

Second place I want to make a quick it stop at is Pink Clove. I’ve seen a few bloggers talk about Pink Clove because of their trendiness and of course price :).

One blogger that I thought really brought Tartan to life was Chante of Everything Chic and Curvy! In her post One Dress 3 Ways, she showed how she was able to pair Tartan in different ways!

Next store I would like to shine some light on is Target. Although their plaid plus size collection is small, there is one piece that looks so great for a casual date!

The one piece that I would love to add to my collection would have to be the blazer! Although it seems very plain, it still can serve as a statement piece! Alissa Wilson did a great job in pairing this blazer with red pumps in her post entitled: Mad for Plaid.

Here are few more places that I found to round of a Tartan Holiday!
